What is an AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?

AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards are the ultimate gift of choice. Available in themes, like DINE, PLAY and THANK YOU, they can be purchased at select grocery stores, pharmacies and various corporate channels. Recipients spend the value of their gift card with one or more of the listed brands after swapping online.

Just register online to select the brand of choice, receive your eGift by email and let the shopping begin!

Can I use my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card straight away in stores?

AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards cannot be used directly in stores. Please register and swap online for the brand of your choice at https://anycard.com/choice. You will be sent an eGift for the selected brand.

How do I redeem my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?

For our NEW physical cards with a QR code and Card ID under the pull tab:
Simply scan the QR code and tap the link to log in. New to AnyCard? Register to set up your account. Once logged in, your balance will update automatically, and you can swap your balance for the eGift of your choice.

For Digital and original AnyCard Multi-Brand cards with a card number and PIN:
Visit https://anycard.com/choice. New customers can register for an account, while existing account holders can log in, select 'Add New Card', and enter the card number and PIN. Your account will be credited with the card’s value, and you can swap it for the eGift of your choice to shop and spend any time.

Where can I find the AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card number?

The gift card number is located on the inside of AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards. The gift card PIN is underneath the grey security scratch panel. Gently rub a coin on the panel to reveal the PIN. Do not rub or scratch too hard. Illegible, damaged card numbers cannot be replaced and will render the gift card worthless.

For our NEW physical cards with a QR code and Card ID under the pull tab, simply scan the QR code and tap on the link to log in. New users will need to create an account. For digital AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards, the card PIN is found in the email or SMS message sent to the recipient upon purchase.

Do I have to redeem the full value of my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card in one go?

No. If you don’t use the full value of your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card, the remaining balance will stay in your account. You can swap it for any brand at any time as your balance never expires.

Can I spread the value of my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card across multiple brands?

Yes. You can spend your balance on as few or as many brands as you want. Any unspent funds will remain in your account.

Where can I view my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card balance?

Once logged in you can view your balance in the Swap section of your account.

Does my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card have an expiry date?

No. AnyCard Multi-Brand Gift Cards do not expire.

The website is telling me my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card is already registered or invalid, what shall I do?

Please first double-check that the details of your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card have been entered correctly. If your gift card is still being reported as already registered or invalid, click on My eGifts. If you cannot see the gift card, please contact us at https://www.anycard.com/info/contact.

What happens if my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card gets lost/stolen?

If you have NOT registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card:
If unregistered, the active card is like cash and cannot be replaced when lost or stolen. If you have your gift card number, please visit https://www.anycard.com/info/contact as soon as possible and we will try to deactivate the card. If you do not have any details, we will not be able to assist.

If you have registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card:
Please contact our AnyCard Multi-Brand customer service team at https://www.anycard.com/info/contact, provide us with your account details and we'll try to assist.

Am I able to obtain a refund for my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?

No. Once an AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card has been purchased and activated it is not possible to obtain a refund. We are confident, however, that with our broad choice of brands, there will be something that will interest you.

Where can I view my past AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card redemptions?

Simply log in to My Account, then select My eGifts. Here you will find details of all your previous gift cards.

Can I register my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card and use it later?

Yes. The value of your card will sit as a balance in your account to spend where and when you wish.

I've entered an incorrect email while registering my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card, what shall I do?

Please contact us at https://www.anycard.com/info/contact citing your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card number and PIN, and the incorrect email address you used to set up the account. We will try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, if the email address you originally registered is in use, we have no way of stopping the recipient from using your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card. Please note AnyCard Multi-Brand gift cards must be treated as cash and cannot be replaced.

Can I exchange my AnyCard themed Multi-Brand card for a different theme?

No, theme exchanges are not possible.

Can I give my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card to someone else?

Yes. So long as you haven't registered your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card it can be given to someone else or gifted. Please treat the gift card as you would cash.

Can I choose to receive physical gift cards from the brands when exchanging my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card?

No, only digital eGift cards are available at this time.

Once I've exchanged my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card, can I use the eGift cards both in-store and online?

This depends on the brand and unless you see otherwise in the eGift card terms, they are only redeemable in stores.

Can I change my mind once I've exchanged my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card towards a brand's eGift card?

No. Once the order has been processed it is not possible to cancel or exchange.

I haven't yet received the eGift card for the brand that I swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card for, what shall I do?

Please ensure to check your email spam/junk folder and the email address registered to your AnyCard Multi-Brand account (see My Account). You will find it under My eGifts in your AnyCard Multi-Brand account online. Please visit https://www.anycard.com/info/contact if you are still having issues.

Can I order any value of eGift card?

No. Some brands offer different values of eGift cards, and we aim to provide as much choice from the available options. If your balance is higher than the available denomination for the brand you want, we recommend you swap more than once.

After I've swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card how long is the actual eGift card valid for?

The eGift cards do not expire.

Are there any extra fees charged by AnyCard Multi-Brand or the brands at redemption?

No. There are no fees or additional charges through the gift card redemption process.

What happens if the eGift card I've swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card for gets lost or stolen?

Once you have swapped your AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card you are subject to each brand's own gift card terms and conditions. AnyCard is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards or eGift cards or dealing with enquiries relating to lost or stolen gift cards or eGift cards. You must contact the brand directly. Sometimes eGift cards are delivered to an incorrect email address. As this information is provided exactly how customers submit it, it's essential to ensure addresses are correct at the time of swapping.

If I don't spend all my balance with my retailer eGift card in one transaction, do I lose my credit/balance?

No, the balance will remain on your eGift card.

Why am I seeing an "Out of stock" alert when choosing a brand eGift card?

Occasionally there may be instances of specific values of eGift card being “Out of stock”. In this situation we recommend using other values to make up the value you require or choosing one of the other brands available. When there is a stock (data) shortage it is typically replenished within 2-4 business days.

There's a specific brand logo featured on my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card but I can't find it on the AnyCard Multi-Brand website.

Can I give the brand's eGift card, that I've swapped my AnyCard Multi-Brand gift card for, to someone else?

Yes, if the eGift card hasn't been spent, you can print the eGift card and give it to someone else.

Can I save my eGift cards in my AnyCard Multi-Brand account?

Yes. eGift cards are automatically saved in My eGifts to access anytime without the need to email them to yourself.

My eGift card isn't working in the brand's store, what shall I do?

This is the responsibility of the brand so you will need to contact the brand directly in this situation.
